Job Title: Co-Founder – Sales & Marketing (PharmaTech SaaS Platform)

Role Overview
We are building a PharmaTech middleware SaaS platform designed to digitize and connect pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, pharmacies, and regulatory systems.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Co-Founder from the pharmaceutical industry who understands pharma operations, supply chains, and distribution networks, and can help scale the platform across the industry.
This role is ideal for someone with strong pharma industry experience who wants to transition into building a technology-driven business.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sales strategy and market expansion for the PharmaTech SaaS platform
• Build partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare companies
• Drive customer acquisition and enterprise SaaS sales within the pharma sector
• Develop go-to-market strategies for pharma supply chain and compliance solutions
• Identify opportunities to integrate the platform with ERP systems, regulatory systems, and distributor networks
• Represent the company in industry events, pharma conferences, and partnerships
• Help shape product features based on real pharma market needs
Platform Vision
The platform will function as a middleware infrastructure for the pharmaceutical ecosystem, enabling:
• Supply chain traceability and compliance
• Digital verification of pharma products
• Automated distributor and pharmacy connectivity
• Regulatory and audit-ready documentation systems
• API integrations with pharma ERP and logistics platforms
The goal is to create digital infrastructure for pharmaceutical operations, improving transparency, efficiency, and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 8+ years experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or distribution
• Experience working with top pharmaceutical companies or major pharma distributors
• Strong network in pharma manufacturing, distribution, or healthcare sector
• Understanding of pharma supply chains and compliance frameworks
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a technology platform business
