Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for the PharmaTech platform
Identify and acquire pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare enterprise clients
Build long-term strategic relationships within the pharma ecosystem
Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions
Go-To-Market Strategy
Define and implement GTM strategies for product adoption across the pharmaceutical sector
Identify high-value market opportunities and expansion channels
Work closely with product and technical teams to align solutions with market needs
Strategic Partnerships
Build partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, supply chain operators, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders
Expand business opportunities through industry connections and alliances
Leadership & Growth
Contribute to company vision, business planning, and strategic decision-making
Help establish scalable sales and operational processes
Represent the company in industry meetings, conferences, and client discussions

Required Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or enterprise pharma operations
Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales
Established industry network and relationship-building capabilities
Experience handling business growth, partnerships, or operational leadership
