Co-Founder (Business & Operations) – Sharaspart
Sharaspart is a newly launched B2C startup built with a clear objective: redefine how personal outreach is executed at scale. This is not a concept-stage idea. The product is live, in use, and engineered for aggressive growth.
I come from a deep technical background, having built and shipped 8 startups across different domains. I will continue to lead and own the entire technology stack, product evolution, and infrastructure. What is missing now is not ideas or vision — it is relentless execution on the business side.
We are looking for a Co-Founder who will take complete ownership of business, operations, and growth.
About the Product
Sharaspart is a personal outreach system designed to replicate human-like communication at scale. Unlike conventional tools that rely on robotic automation, the platform focuses on authenticity and deliverability.
Core capabilities include:
- Sending emails that behave like human communication, not bots
- Multi-account rotation to scale outreach without compromising trust
- Automated account warm-up systems
- Real-time reply detection and tracking
- Intelligent follow-up workflows

Role Expectations
This is not a role for passive strategists. This is a position for someone who executes under pressure and delivers outcomes.
You will:
- Own and drive end-to-end business operations
- Execute aggressive content and growth marketing strategies
- Build distribution channels from zero to scale
- Handle outreach, partnerships, and user acquisition
- Convert a working product into a widely adopted platform
Who This Is For
- Someone who has previously scaled (or been part of scaling) a B2C platform
- Someone who values execution over planning
- Someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-pressure environments
- Someone willing to take ownership, not just responsibility
Experience is secondary. Intensity, consistency, and the ability to execute are non-negotiable.
