Role Description
As the Co-Founder Operations, you will oversee the daily operations of MY NONU, ensuring smooth workflows, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing business processes, strategizing for scaling business operations, overseeing budgeting and financial performance, and fostering partnerships to drive growth. This is a full-time role in a remote environment, providing flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and utilize data for strategic decision-making
- Effective Communication skills for presenting ideas, building relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, along with the knack for driving growth through effective strategies
- Proficiency in Research for identifying market trends, consumer preferences, and areas of business improvement
- Leadership capabilities to manage teams and implement operational strategies effectively
- Prior experience in startup environments or entrepreneurship is a plus
- Background in business administration, operations management, or related field is advantageous
