I'm a NIFT graduate with 15 years in fashion — ITC, Blackberrys, Rohit Gandhi Rahul Khanna. I've built a profitable sustainable kidswear brand from scratch. Now I'm looking for a commercial co-founder to scale it.
The BrandKids of Greendeer is a comfort-first, elevated cotton kidswear brand natural fibres, azo-free dyes, pre-washed, minimal and practical. Built for Indian parents who are done compromising on what touches their child's skin.
I have spoken to 100+ parents. The gap is real most kidswear brands in India chase price sensitivity while ignoring hand feel, toxicity levels, comfort and aesthetics. No one in India owns warm, refined, cotton-led dressing for kids in the mass-premium segment. That is the white space Kids of Greendeer sits in.
What Has Been Built- Placed on Myntra, Nykaa, FirstCry, D2C & Exhibitions.
- Profitable with strong gross margins from day one no external funding
- Proven across both knit (Christmas sweaters) and woven (muslin double gauze) categories
- Full year product calendar and financial plan ready to execute
I built this alone, part-time, around a seasonal window. The product, the positioning, and the playbook are in place. What is missing is the person who owns the business side completely.
What I Am Looking ForA commercial co-founder who takes complete ownership of:
- Cash flow planning and working capital management
- Channel sales B2B, marketplace growth, retail expansion
- Performance marketing and growth (I handle all creative social media, shoots, brand direction)
- Investor scouting and fundraise we do this together
Who You Are- Based in NCR in-person collaboration is non-negotiable
- Background in D2C, FMCG, consumer brands or marketplace in a commercial, sales, or growth role
- Understands cash cycles and P&L in a product-led business
- Ready to commit full-time and bring founder-level skin in the game
- Wants equity and ownership there is no salary (unless funds are raised)
