We are building a creator economy marketplace -and we need a co-founder who can take a city, own it, and move to the next one.
This is a founding role, backed and co-built by Turbostart Global - an AI-first venture platform that operates inside its portfolio companies, not outside them.
The venture was born from a founder with deep roots in India's film and creative production ecosystem, whose idea was sharpened and narrowed into something focused and fundable in partnership with Turbostart. It is seed stage, pre-launch, and moving toward its first city launches. What this role owns
You will be responsible for bringing the marketplace to life on the ground - launching cities, building the supply and demand flywheels, and driving growth where it actually happens. This is an execution role with founder-level ownership. You'll define how the marketplace scales, market by market.
Who we're looking for
- 6–12 years of experience in marketplace operations, growth, city/category expansion, or consumer platform scaling
- Has managed launches - products, markets, or categories - and knows what it takes to go from zero to traction
- Strong commercial instinct: can work both the supply side and demand side simultaneously
- Builder mentality - comfortable running lean, moving fast, and figuring things out without a playbook
- Deeply fluent with modern tools and ways of working - we work with the best available, and that expectation extends to every co-founder
- Based in Bangalore or Mumbai preferred

Compensation:
Meaningful equity. Seed-stage terms commensurate with a co-founding role. This is for someone who wants to build something real, with real support behind it.
