Role Description This is a full-time, remote Co-Founder – Marketing role focused on driving growth and brand awareness for apCupid Social. You will define and execute the overall marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for creator acquisition and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and running digital campaigns, managing social media channels, and collaborating on content that resonates with Indian Instagram creators. You will analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to optimize campaigns, improve conversion, and inform product decisions. The role also involves building and nurturing partnerships, supporting sales efforts with marketing collateral, and representing the brand in creator communities and online events.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and research capabilities to understand creator behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills to craft clear messaging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with creators and partners.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in consumer internet, creator economy, or subscription-based products.
- Experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social, performance, and community channels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to own outcomes, experiment, and iterate quickly in an early-stage environment.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and communicating asynchronously when needed.
- Prior startup or founder experience, especially in the Indian market, is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
