Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Co-founder of a LinkedIn Marketing Agency. The individual will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through sales initiatives. The role involves analyzing data to improve marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, and leading the team towards achieving company goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to create impactful campaigns is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign management
- Proficiency in research to identify market opportunities and competitive strategies
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and lead a team effectively
- Previous entrepreneurial experience or experience in senior leadership roles is a plus
- Passion for leveraging LinkedIn and digital platforms to create innovative marketing solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
