Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder & Investor. The role involves shaping the vision and strategy of apCupid Social, driving marketing and sales efforts, and building productive collaborations. You will conduct market research, analyze data to support informed decision-making, and act as a leader in internal and external communications. Responsibilities also include raising capital, establishing partnerships, and fostering growth within the Indian creator economy.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, market trends, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making
- Proficient Communication skills to articulate vision, persuade stakeholders, and engage with partners
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive growth, secure partnerships, and maximize outreach
- Expertise in Research to uncover new opportunities, understand the creator economy, and identify emerging trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership aptitude, and a proven ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in building or scaling startups is highly desirable
- Strong network in the creator economy or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a comparable field is advantageous
