🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a co-founder with investment who will actively partner in scaling FRISSH into a large, structured supply business.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong execution, ownership, and long-term commitment.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale operations & supply chain
Build and strengthen vendor/supplier network
Improve unit economics, margins, and efficiency
Drive day-to-day execution + growth
Work closely on strategy, expansion, and fundraising
Help transition business into a scalable system
💡 Ideal Profile
Strong operator mindset (very important)
Experience in:
F&B / supply chain / logistics (preferred)
OR early-stage business scaling
Comfortable working in high-uncertainty environments
Long-term vision to build a large business
Not a passive investor — builder mindset required
💰 Investment Component
Co-founder is expected to invest alongside involvement
Current round: ₹75L – ₹1Cr
Structure: equity + active role
