I’m the founder of BikeFixUp, an AI-driven mobility platform transforming how two-wheelers are diagnosed and serviced in India.
Since launching in 2023, we have:
• Served 20,000+ customers
• Expanded across 30+ cities
• Built our own App, CRM, and AI diagnostics chatbot
• Partnered with 200+ mechanics
• Generated ₹2Cr+ annual revenue
• Received recognition from Startup India ,Startup Haryana and the ATAL Incubation Mission
Now we are building the next phase:
An AI-powered Workshop & Mobility Operating System for India’s massive two-wheeler ecosystem.
To accelerate growth, I’m looking for a Co-Founder focused on Growth, Strategy, and Fundraising.
Funding Objective
Raise ₹2 Crore seed round within the next 90 days.
This capital will be used to:
• Expand AI-based diagnostics technology
• Launch Workshop SaaS platform
• Scale operations across new cities
• Strengthen leadership and partnerships
What I'm Looking For?
Someone who can open the right doors and close the round.
Ideal candidate should have:
• Strong network with HNIs, Angel Investors, VCs, or Family Offices
• Experience with startup fundraising or deal-making
• Ability to lead investor conversations and manage the round
• Strategic mindset for scaling a marketplace Automotive Service/ mobility platform
• Long-term commitment to building a large company
Your Role
• Lead fundraising strategy and investor outreach
• Activate and leverage your investment network
• Help close the ₹2 Cr round within ~90 days
• Support growth strategy, partnerships, and scaling roadmap
• Join the leadership team as a co-founder
Equity Structure
Performance-linked vested equity
Example structure:
• 3–5% equity allocated upon successful closure of the ₹2 Cr round
• Additional equity possible based on long-term contribution
• 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff
This is not a referral fee.
This is a co-founder opportunity with ownership in the company.
Market Opportunity
India has 250M+ two-wheelers, yet service infrastructure is fragmented and inefficient.
BikeFixUp is building the AI and digital infrastructure layer for this ecosystem.
