Trévito is a premium D2C fragrance brand founded in 2024 by a seasoned veteran of the fragrance industry. Our unique value proposition sits at the intersection of accessible pricing and premium quality, which is central to our marketing strategy. We successfully launched our debut product range in Q4 2025 across leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra) as well as our own e-commerce website, where early reception has been strongly encouraging. By Q2 2026, we will be extending our reach into offline distribution across major Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India. We are a high-ambition team with a clear mission: to build a category-defining fragrance brand that achieves significant scale within 2–3 years.
Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Co-Founder who brings both capital investment and strategic capability to scale our fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) fragrance brand, TRÉVITO. This full-time role is ideal for someone who combines entrepreneurial instinct with execution strength across brand building, digital growth, and business scaling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Strategy
- Co-create and drive the long-term vision, growth roadmap, and expansion strategy
- Identify new revenue channels (marketplaces, quick commerce, offline retail, exports etc.)
- Build scalable business models with strong unit economics
2. Brand Building & Positioning
- Shape brand narrative, storytelling, and differentiation in a cluttered perfume market
- Oversee marketing strategy across digital platforms (Instagram, Meta Ads, Google, Influencers)
- Drive customer retention, community building, and brand loyalty
3. Performance Marketing & D2C Scaling
- Lead customer acquisition strategy (CAC, LTV optimization)
- Optimize website funnels, conversion rates, and retention metrics
- Work closely on content, creatives, and campaign execution
4. Fundraising & Financial Oversight
- Support future fundraising (angel, seed rounds)
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and profitability roadmap
Investment Requirement:
- Expected personal investment: ₹50 Lakhs – ₹1 Crores (flexible based on profile)
- Equity stake: Negotiable based on investment + strategic contribution
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in D2C, personal care consumer brands, e-commerce or startups
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and scaling businesses
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and risk appetite
- Ability to invest capital and commit long-term
- Network in consumer, retail or investor ecosystem is a strong plus
- Earlier working experience with any D2C perfume brand will be a big advantage
