T-Home Fintech is a DPIIT-recognized startup building an AI-powered lending intelligence platform that helps individuals and MSMEs check loan eligibility instantly and access financial services seamlessly. Our core products include Loan Prediction, EMI Intelligence, and Balance Transfer solutions.
We are on a mission to simplify financial access in India through technology.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven Co-Founder (Growth & Business) to join us and lead revenue, partnerships, and scaling efforts. This is not just a role — it’s an opportunity to build and scale a fintech startup from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities Growth & Revenue
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies
- Optimize conversion funnel and unit economics
Partnerships
- Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Close strategic partnerships and distribution deals
- Manage partner integrations and performance
Operations
- Set up and streamline business operations
- Build and lead sales, operations, and support teams
- Ensure high-quality customer experience
Fundraising
- Support investor outreach and fundraising efforts
- Participate in pitch meetings and strategic discussions
Who You Are- Experience in fintech, lending, NBFC, or startup growth
- Strong execution mindset with ability to deliver results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Passionate about building and scaling a startup
