Who We’re Looking For -
Co-Founder – Core Business Partner (Equity-Based)
We are seeking a committed co-founder to join us as a core business partner, contributing both strategically and operationally to build and scale
the brand.
Role & Responsibilities :
You will operate as a multi-functional leader, contributing across:
VP – Operations → Build and streamline daily execution
VP – Business Development → Drive expansion & partnerships
CFO – Financial Discipline → Ensure strong unit economics & scalability
CTO – Technology Ownership → Lead end-to-end tech ecosystem
This is a hands-on leadership role, deeply involved in execution, decisions, and growth.

Minimum Contribution: ₹5,00,000 (Equity-Based)
Compensation Structure:
No fixed salary initially
Salaries begin post profitability
Equal compensation across leadership (Founder, CEO, VP, CMO, CFO, CTO)
