Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Co-Founder at Homeday. The Co-Founder will play a critical role in shaping the vision, investment,strategies, and direction of the company. Daily responsibilities include managing operations, forming partnerships, driving sales and marketing activities, conducting market research, and contributing to business development and growth initiatives. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to investing in the company's success through equity or debt involvement.

- Experience in sales and building client relationships

- Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
