Currently, we are focused on delivering high-quality design services to overseas clients. As we grow, we plan to expand into CCM machine manufacturing, civil construction, and surveying services.
Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Co-Founder to join Structova Engineering in an equity-based role. This position is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, committed to long-term growth, and ready to build a company from the ground up. This is an equity-only role initially. A fixed salary will be introduced once the company reaches profitability.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and contribute to Civil/Mechanical design projects for international clients
● Collaborate on business strategy, growth planning, and market expansion
● Build and manage client relationships, especially in overseas markets
● Contribute to setting up future verticals including manufacturing, construction, and surveying
● Ensure quality, timelines, and delivery standards are consistently met
● Participate in decision-making across operations, hiring, and scaling efforts
Requirements
● Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
● Strong expertise in design tools and engineering concepts
● Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership
● Ability to work independently in a remote setup
● Good communication skills, especially for handling international clients
● Prior startup or leadership experience is a plus
