Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder in the Entertainment Industry. The Co-Founder will be responsible for shaping the company's strategic vision, driving sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, building relationships, and fostering collaborations within the creator economy. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include data-driven decision-making, team building, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the platform.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
- Exceptional Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and creator outreach
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to develop and execute growth strategies effectively
- Proficiency in conducting Research to understand industry trends and target audiences
- Leadership experience and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for working in the creator economy or entertainment industry
- Prior experience in a startup or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
