Role Description
As the Co-Founder/Director of Ekovamps Pvt Ltd, you will play a leadership role in driving the company's mission to revolutionize waste management practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include strategizing company growth, leading market expansion, managing business development initiatives, establishing partnerships, and driving team performance. Additionally, you will oversee research efforts, represent the company in various forums, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
Qualifications
- Willing to invest in R&D/ Marketing is preferable.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and solve problems effectively
- Exceptional Communication skills to build relationships, engage stakeholders, and represent the company’s vision
- Leadership and strategic thinking to manage teams, drive innovation, and execute business plans
- Passion for environmental sustainability and familiarity with ecological initiatives
- Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial setting is advantageous
