Xarwiz Technologies is building a growth-tech ecosystem focused on performance marketing, automation, AI workflows, and scalable SaaS infrastructure.
Alongside SEO, PR distribution, and customer acquisition systems, Xarwiz is developing products like WhatsWiz, internal ERP systems, automation tools, and tracking infrastructure to help businesses scale operations and growth through technology.
Role Description
This is a remote role for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead the technical vision, architecture, and development of Xarwiz products and infrastructure.
Responsibilities include building scalable platforms, managing backend systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, automation systems, and leading future engineering growth while working closely with the founder on long-term product strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, Laravel, APIs, databases, and cloud systems
- Experience with DevOps, scalable architecture, and SaaS products
- Ability to build ERP systems, automation tools, and internal platforms
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Startup mindset with high ownership and execution ability
- Previous startup or technical leadership experience is a plus
