Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Co Founder (CTO) with Investment role based in NOIDA/NCR, India, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Co Founder (CTO) will lead the end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and implementation of Inriser’s fintech products. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the technical roadmap, overseeing product development, managing engineering resources (internal and external), and ensuring robust security, scalability, and compliance. The role also involves collaborating closely with other founders on business strategy, contributing to fundraising and investor discussions, and making data-informed decisions to drive product-market fit. As a co-founder with investment, the individual will participate in equity discussions, share responsibility for key company milestones, and help build a strong, inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and research capabilities to evaluate market needs, user behavior, and product performance.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with founders, investors, partners, and technical teams.
- Sales and marketing awareness to align product features with customer acquisition and growth strategies.
- Proven experience in leading technology teams and delivering scalable, secure software solutions, ideally in fintech or financial services.
- Hands-on expertise in modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data security/compliance frameworks.
- Ability to operate in an early-stage startup environment, make decisions under uncertainty, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership in building diverse, inclusive teams and fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to make a financial investment in the company and commit to long-term strategic involvement.
