About the Venture
DIVYAH is being built as a master brand in devotional, spiritual & ritual commerce, with a clear multi-brand architecture:
- SARVAM – Devotion & Ritual Essentials
- EKAM – Spiritual Living, Vastu & Energy
- SANCHAY – Spiritual Literature & Sacred Expression
The vision: To organize India’s fragmented ₹50,000+ crore spiritual retail ecosystem into a scalable omni-channel retail brand (offline + online + marketplace).
Who We Are Looking For
A builder, not a job seeker.
This is not a salaried CTO role. This is a co-founder position requiring ₹1.00 Cr capital commitment and long-term operational leadership.
Building India’s Largest Spiritual Commerce Platform
The Venture
A master spiritual commerce platform integrating:
• Multi-faith devotional retail
• Spiritual lifestyle & wellness products
• Content-led digital subscription ecosystem
• Omnichannel retail (offline + online)
• Institutional & wholesale supply network
The platform is structured with clear brand architecture and long-term institutional scalability in mind.
We are initially onboarding this leader as a Strategic Technology with structured transition into:

This phased approach ensures strategic alignment before capital commitment.
What This Role Demands
This is ideal for someone who:
• Has built or scaled large e-commerce / D2C platforms
• Understands omnichannel retail tech
• Has worked with marketplace integrations
• Can architect scalable, modular systems
• Thinks long-term, institution-first
• Is willing to invest capital alongside intellectual contribution
Investment-Linked Structure
This is a Pre-Revenue Stage role.
The CTO will:
• Participate in capital infusion for technology build
• Take equity proportional to capital + execution role
• Operate under structured vesting
• Share entrepreneurial risk
Compensation in early phase will be equity-driven and milestone-linked.
Strategic Mandate
Build the complete technology spine covering:
• E-commerce ecosystem
• Marketplace integrations
• Inventory & POS sync
• Subscription-based content platform
• Data & analytics engine
• ERP & supply chain tech
• Scalable cloud infrastructure
• Institutional-grade governance systems
Who Should Reach Out?
Senior technologists with:
• 15+ years' experience in scalable platforms
