About Assistance AI: Assistance AI is a pioneering, DPIIT-recognized Generative AI startup. Our mission is to democratize creation by providing a comprehensive suite of multi-modal AI tools, encompassing text, image, video, and audio generation. At the core of our platform is an advanced Intelligence Engine designed to streamline research, coding, and content creation.
Co-Founder Investment & Equity Structure: As a foundational partner in the business, this role requires a capital commitment to align incentives and fuel our next stage of growth.
We are offering two partnership tiers:
- Tier 1: ₹30,00,000 (₹30 Lac) investment in exchange for a 15% equity stake.
- Tier 2: ₹60,00,000 (₹60 Lac) investment in exchange for a 30% equity stake.
The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join as a Co-Founder. You will be the technical visionary of the company, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI architectures. You will partner directly with operations and business leadership to drive product market fit and scale the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Define the overarching technology strategy, system architecture, and development frameworks.
- Product Development: Lead the hands-on engineering of our multi-modal Gen AI platform and Intelligence Engine, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- AI Integration: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and integration of various LLMs and machine learning models.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a world-class engineering and product team.
- Infrastructure: Manage cloud infrastructure and optimize compute resources for AI operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a technical leader, Senior Engineer, or CTO, preferably within an AI, SaaS, or fast-growing tech startup.
- Deep technical expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML model deployment.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience to navigate early-stage startup challenges.
- Delhi NCR based, or willing to work in a hybrid setup heavily collaborating with the New Delhi / Noida team.
