🎯 THE ROLE

You will be the Technical Co-Founder of Optimus AI — the engineering brain behind the product. You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO (IIT Bombay · IIM Ranchi · 15+ years across Product, SCM, Strategy, and Operations) to take this from award-winning to market-leading.

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL OWN
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▸ Own and drive the full technology roadmap — from AI model design to deployment architecture
▸ Architect and scale Optimus AI's modules with enterprise-grade reliability and security
▸ Build and lead an engineering team from the ground up — hiring, mentoring, and culture-setting
▸ Drive ERP integrations with pharma and manufacturing clients with minimal friction
▸ Govern data privacy and compliance standards (DPDP, IT Act)
▸ Lead all technology conversations during fundraising and due diligence
▸ Evaluate and deploy emerging technologies — Agentic AI, LLMs, edge analytics — to stay ahead
▸ Partner with the CEO on product strategy, investor decks, and government programme deliverables
▸ Translate technical capabilities into business value for clients, investors, and partners

🎓 WHO YOU ARE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▸ 12+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a founding or senior technical leadership role
▸ Shipped AI/ML SaaS products — not just prototypes, but products that scale
▸ Strong in Python, cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), ML frameworks, and data pipelines
▸ Experience in pharma, FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain tech is a strong advantage
▸ You've built teams, not just systems — and you lead with empathy and accountability
▸ B.Tech/M.Tech/MS from a premier institution preferred
