Role Description
This is a full-time Co-Founder & CTO role. As the Co-Founder & CTO, you will oversee the development and execution of the company’s technological strategy and architecture. Your responsibilities will include leading the technical team, driving product and platform development, conducting market and technological research, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technology goals with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in decision-making and will work to scale the organization by ensuring innovation, operational excellence, and alignment with the company vision.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Research skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and develop scalable solutions
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and partners
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing strategies to align tech initiatives with customer and business needs
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical environment, preferably in fast-growth startup settings
- Proficiency in software development practices, including architecture, engineering, and deployment of secure systems
- Track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact results
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; technical certifications and entrepreneurship experience are a plus
