Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder position located in Kothagudem. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction, building and managing a high-performing team, driving the expansion of business opportunities, and overseeing daily operations. You will spearhead sales and marketing strategies, foster stakeholder relationships, and ensure the alignment of goals with the company vision. Collaboration across various functional areas will be essential to drive innovation and operational effectiveness.
