Role Description
We are seeking a talented Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technological vision of Blue Ink House. As the CTO, you will oversee the development and implementation of technology strategies to support and scale our publishing operations. You will manage technical projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation to enhance author-friendly publishing solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess technology needs, solve complex problems, and implement effective solutions
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and authors
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies to scale offerings and reach a global audience
- Experience in conducting Research to stay updated on technology trends and author needs
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to build and lead technology teams
- Proficiency in software development and knowledge of publishing industry technologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fostering innovation and building a brand
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
