Role Overview
The Co‑Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for driving the strategic growth, operational execution, and financial sustainability of the company. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader who contributes initial capital, brings strong investor relationships, and plays a critical role in scaling the business.
The COO works closely with the Founder & CEO to build operational systems, secure investment, and expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Collaborate with the Founder/CEO in defining company vision, strategy, and long‑term growth plans.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
• Support strategic decision‑making and company positioning.
Investment & Fundraising
• Contribute initial capital investment into the company.
• Leverage personal network and relationships to connect with angel investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners.
• Lead and support fundraising initiatives including investor presentations, negotiations, and deal structuring.
Operational Management
• Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and cost control.
• Develop and implement systems, SOPs, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate across departments including operations, logistics, procurement, and finance.
Financial Oversight
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cash flow.
• Work with leadership team to optimize margins and operational profitability.
• Assist in financial planning and resource allocation.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the company in investor meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.
