We’re Looking for a Co-Founder & COO to Build the Future of Longevity Healthcare at Eterno
At Eterno, we’re building an AI-powered longevity and preventive healthcare ecosystem focused on decoding human biology to help people slow down biological aging and improve long-term healthspan.

And now, we’re looking for a visionary operator to help scale this from the ground up.
Role: Co-Founder & COO
We’re looking for someone who has:
• 10+ years of experience scaling a D2C Healthcare, Wellness, Preventive Health, Biohacking, Nutrition, or Nutraceutical brand
• Proven experience taking products and brands from 0 → 1 and scaling from 1 → 100
• Deep understanding of consumer healthcare and high-performance wellness ecosystems
• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Designing, Video content creation, editing etc.
• Proven track record of generating strong ROI and scaling ad spends profitably
• Experience building high-converting funnels, retention systems, and growth engines
• Ability to blend storytelling, science, community, and growth marketing
• Strong founder mentality with execution obsession and ownership mindset
• Passion for longevity, genomics, microbiome science, AI, and precision healthcare
⚠️ Important: This is an early-stage founding opportunity.
Initially, this is a no-salary role focused on building long-term value together.
The role comes with meaningful equity ownership for the right person who wants to help build a category-defining healthcare company for the future.
We are also looking for someone willing to bring a small strategic investment as true “skin in the game” — not as a financial requirement, but as a shared commitment toward building a long-term mission-driven company together.
