Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder / Co-Director (Investment Partner) based in Hyderabad. The individual will play a critical role in shaping organizational strategy, building stakeholder relationships, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and overseeing business operations. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing strategic investments, fostering partnerships, and contributing to the company's vision and long-term objectives. This is a leadership role that requires active collaboration, decision-making, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive the success and growth of the organization.

Investment Requirement: ₹35 Lakhs – ₹40 Lakhs (Negotiable)
Equity Offering:
40% – 45% share transfer across SprintM firms based on investment value, strategic involvement, and long-term vision alignment.
