Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary, execution-driven, and growth-oriented Cofounder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the brand, marketing, admissions growth, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives for Organik Thread Solutions.
The ideal candidate will work directly with the founding leadership to build one of India’s most impactful education consulting and institutional transformation ecosystems.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong business development capability, institutional relationship management, and hands-on execution across brand positioning, outreach campaigns, admissions consulting, and B2B growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Build and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy for the organization.
- Position Organik Thread Solutions as a leading education consulting and institutional transformation brand.
- Develop long-term brand visibility, market penetration, and revenue growth strategies.
- Contribute to organizational vision, expansion planning, and strategic decision-making as a core founding member.
Brand Building & Positioning
- Lead brand identity, communication, and institutional positioning initiatives.
- Strengthen visibility across Schools, Colleges, Universities, and EdTech ecosystems.
- Build thought leadership through campaigns, events, media, and strategic collaborations.
- Drive PR, institutional storytelling, and reputation management.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Create and scale integrated marketing campaigns across media, events, outreach, and institutional networks.
- Drive admissions consulting leads and institutional consulting partnerships.
Partnerships & Business Development
- Build relationships with:
- Schools
- Colleges
- Universities
- Industry Partners
- Media Networks
- National & International Academic/ Training Partners
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.
- Lead pitch presentations, institutional proposals, and partnership discussions.
Campaign & Outreach Management
- Lead student outreach programs, seminars, workshops, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate large-scale awareness and admissions campaigns.
Team Building & Execution
- Build and lead marketing, branding, and business development teams.
- Create scalable systems, SOPs, and growth processes.
- Drive execution with high accountability and entrepreneurial ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in:
- Marketing Leadership
- Education Marketing
- Business Development
- Institutional Sales
- Branding & Growth Strategy
- Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Consulting, Media, or Institutional Growth ecosystems preferred.
- Strong understanding of admissions ecosystems and education industry dynamics.
