Role Overview:

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer at OrderEye. As the Co-founder & CMO, you will be at the forefront of driving OrderEye’s sales and marketing strategy, setting up scalable organic growth systems, and positioning the brand as a market leader. We’re looking for a builder, storyteller, and growth hacker who can take ownership of marketing & sales from 0 → 1 → scale. This is a founding role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, ready to sweat out and is ready to own the entire growth engine from 0-1.



Note before Applying:

  • This is a 10% equity-based role (no fixed salary initially)
  • Individual Contributor (IC) role — no team management at this stage
  • Proven experience in building & setting the GTM motion for the company from 0-1
  • Entrepreneurial grit and ownership mindset is non-negotiable
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business from IIT's, IIM's or a top-tier business school.
  • Comfortable with 0→1 ambiguity & high ownership



What You’ll Own:

Growth & GTM (0 → 1 → Scale)

  • Define and execute GTM across restaurants, grocery, and D2C brands
  • Build scalable outbound and inbound demand generation funnels
  • Identify fastest path to product-market fit
  • Create repeatable growth loops and acquisition engines


Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Craft compelling value propositions, branding structure & messaging framework
  • Build a strong brand narrative, business model canvas, use case & positioning
  • Drive content-led and organic campaign-led growth


Outbound Sales Engine

  • Build outbound motion from scratch 0-1
  • Create & execute ABM campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and social
  • Create predictable pipeline for first 10- 50 customers


Performance Marketing

  • Own CAC, CPL, CPC, ROAS optimization
  • Run and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, Instagram, and emerging platforms after we acquire our first 20+ customers.


Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Build integrations and partnerships (POS, payments, logistics, aggregators)
  • Unlock co-marketing opportunities and distribution leverage


Content, SEO & Organic Growth

  • Build SEO and content engine (blogs, social, landing pages)
  • Drive traffic, engagement, and conversion optimization


Growth Analytics & Experimentation:

  • Run rapid experiments across funnel stages
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize performance



What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS / Tech / D2C marketing
  • Proven track record of building and scaling from 0 → 1 growth marketing
  • Strong experience in organic demand generation & full-funnel growth
  • Deep understanding of quick commerce / food tech / e-commerce / D2C
  • Hands-on executor (not just strategist) with entrepreneurial mindset and extreme ownership
  • Experience in fundraising & investor relations
