Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer. The CMO will lead marketing strategies and initiatives, drive sales growth, and analyze market trends to align business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing branding campaigns, crafting communication strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with team members to deliver innovative solutions. The CMO will represent the company in external engagements and play a crucial role in shaping its growth trajectory.
Qualifications
- Strong Marketing and Sales experience, including a proven record in developing strategies that drive growth
- Exceptional Communication skills to articulate vision, coordinate efforts, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Advanced Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret market data and inform decision-making
- Leadership experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team
- Understanding of technology and experience in the startup or gig economy field is a significant asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
