The Vision
Gnixar is on a mission to bridge the gap between traditional education and the rapidly evolving tech landscape. We are building an ecosystem that empowers students and professionals through high-impact upskilling in domains like AI, Data Science, and Full-Stack Development.
We are looking for a relentless, vision-aligned Co-Founder to join the founding team. This is not a "job"—it is an invitation to build a legacy. As a non-salary role in the initial phase, we are looking for a partner who is financially positioned and professionally motivated to trade immediate liquid compensation for significant long-term ownership and a share of the bottom line.
The Role: What You Will Do
As a Co-Founder, you will wear multiple hats. Your primary focus will be to institutionalize our operations and scale our market presence.
Strategic Leadership: Partner directly with the founder to define the long-term roadmap, business model pivots, and fundraising strategies.
Revenue & Growth: Take ownership of B2B partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and student acquisition funnels.
Operational Excellence: Build and manage lean teams across content, sales, or tech (depending on your core strength).
Product Evolution: Refine our "Study Now, Pay Later" (SNPL) and other financial accessibility models to ensure market fit.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Gnixar in professional networks, at industry events, and within the HR/Recruitment community.
Who You Are
The Entrepreneurial Mindset: You understand the risks and rewards of an equity-heavy role. You are a "builder" who doesn't wait for instructions.
Industry Fluency: You have a deep understanding of the Ed-tech landscape, recruitment trends, or corporate training needs.
Execution Specialist: You have a proven track record of taking a project from 0 to 1. Whether your background is in Sales, Tech, or Operations, you deliver results.
Resilience: You are comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage startup and have the grit to navigate the "lean" phase.
