Opportunity OverviewWe are looking for a Co-Founder & CEO who will take full ownership of scaling Atlas AI into a global AI company.
This is not just an operator role—this is a builder + investor opportunity.
The ideal candidate will:
- Act as business leader and company face
- Contribute through capital investment and/or lead fundraising efforts
- Drive the company from product stage → revenue → scale → funding rounds
Role Expectations (KRA – Co-Founder & CEO)1. Business Ownership & Leadership- Take full responsibility for company growth, strategy, and execution
- Define and drive global vision and category positioning
- Act as the primary decision-maker for business direction
2. Investment & Fundraising- Invest personally OR bring investor network access
- Lead seed / Series A fundraising efforts
- Build strong relationships with:
- Venture capital firms
- Strategic investors
- Institutional partners
- Create and deliver compelling investment narratives and financial strategy
3. Go-To-Market & Revenue- Build and execute GTM strategy across USA and India
- Identify and secure early enterprise customers
- Develop scalable revenue models (SaaS, API, enterprise deals)
- Drive ARR growth and monetization strategy
4. Product-Market Fit & Scaling- Align product capabilities with real market demand
- Work closely with tech/product teams to refine:
- AI agent use cases
- Automation workflows
- Enterprise integrations
- Ensure rapid iteration toward strong product-market fit
5. Team & Culture Building- Build and lead the core founding team
- Hire across business, product, and growth functions
- Establish a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
6. Global Expansion- Scale operations across North America and India
- Build international partnerships and market presence
Investment Structure- Co-Founder Equity Stake: Significant (aligned with contribution and stage)
- Investment Component:Direct personal investment and/or
- Ability to bring capital through network (VCs/angels/funds)
- Compensation:Equity-heavy in early stage
- Salary post funding or milestone-based
Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have- Proven experience as:
- Founder / Co-founder / CEO / Business Leader
- Track record of:
- Building from 0 → 1 and scaling startups
- Raising capital successfully
- Strong understanding of:
- AI / SaaS / DeepTech / platform businesses
Critical Strengths- Fundraising & investor access
- Strategic thinking + execution ability
- Strong business development and deal-making skills
- Ability to operate in high-uncertainty startup environments
Preferred- Experience in:
- AI agents / automation platforms / enterprise AI
- Exposure to:
- US startup ecosystem + India tech ecosystem
- Strong network in:
- Venture capital / startup ecosystem
Success Metrics (First 12–18 Months)- Close seed / early-stage funding round
- Achieve initial revenue traction (enterprise / SaaS)
- Establish strong product-market fit signals
- Build core leadership team
