The compnay is now looking for a Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer for the E-Commerce Business Division taking care of all E-Commercer Businesses for Consumer Products like FMCG, FMCD and Lifetyle Products.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, role based in Bangalore for peolle who are curtenlty handling E-Commerce for consumer product companies like FMCG, FMCD, Apparel etc. compnies. The incumbent will lead business strategy, drive sales, and spearhead marketing initiatives while engaging with potential Brands and Creative and Performance Markeing Agencies Partner based all over India and in UK for overseas. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analysing trends, planning and implementing business growth strategies, and fostering key relationships to ensure the company's success.
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to drive data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills necessary for stakeholder engagement and negotiation
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to develop and execute growth strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of critical business functions
- Experience in D2C, Marketplaces and Quick Commerce Perfomance Marketing Parameters is a pre-requisite.
- Professional qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent experience in business management are highly desirable
