The Opportunity
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder who is passionate about building and scaling a food business from the ground up.
This is not a conventional executive role. It is a genuine founding opportunity for someone who wants to build a category-leading healthy food brand alongside the Founder.
As Co-Founder, you will take ownership of driving business growth, strategic partnerships, corporate sales, brand awareness, and expansion initiatives. You will play a key role in transforming N For Nurture from a growing cloud kitchen into a recognizable food brand.
Your Responsibilities
1) Business Growth
- Identify and execute growth opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
- Develop strategies to scale revenue and market presence.
- Explore new business verticals and expansion opportunities.
- Build sustainable growth engines for long-term success.
2) Corporate Partnerships & Sales
- Build relationships with corporates, startups, hospitals, educational institutions, gyms, fitness centers, co-working spaces, and residential communities.
- Secure corporate meal contracts, employee wellness programs, and catering partnerships.
- Identify strategic collaborations that strengthen the business.
3) Marketplace Growth
- Drive business growth across Zomato, Swiggy, and other online delivery platforms.
- Improve marketplace visibility, customer acquisition, ratings, and repeat orders.
- Develop promotional strategies and optimize platform performance.
4)Brand Building & Marketing
- Increase brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Build partnerships with influencers, fitness communities, nutritionists, and local organizations.
- Work closely on brand positioning, campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Represent N For Nurture at networking events and industry forums.
5) Stratergy & Expansion
- Identify new revenue opportunities and business models.
- Contribute to fundraising, investor discussions, and long-term business planning.
- Participate in key strategic decisions as a founding member.
- Help build a scalable business capable of expanding across multiple cities.
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in the food industry, food delivery, hospitality, catering, restaurant operations, or business development.
- Experience working with cloud kitchens, restaurants, Zomato, Swiggy, catering businesses, or food startups is highly preferred.
- Strong network within the food ecosystem, corporate sector, or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or scaling businesses.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses from the ground up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for healthy food, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Equity, Investment & Commitment
This is a founding, equity-based opportunity and does not include a salary or stipend.
We are looking for someone who is willing to invest both their time and capital in building the business. In return, the selected Co-Founder will receive an equity stake in N For Nurture.
Investment amount, equity allocation, and partnership terms will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on mutual alignment and long-term commitment.
