About SmartPilot
SmartPilot is building the Operating System for Appointment-Based Businesses. We help clinics, salons, spas, dental practices, veterinary clinics, physiotherapy centers, and other service businesses manage bookings, payments, customer relationships, live queues, staff, automation, analytics, and AI—all from a single platform.
Our MVP is built, and we're preparing for launch. Now we're looking for a true co-founder to help build the company alongside the founder.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is excited by the challenge of building a SaaS startup from the ground up. You should be someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, making decisions, and creating long-term value—not just following instructions.

- Growth & Marketing

- Product Strategy
What You'll Do
- Build and execute SmartPilot's growth strategy.
- Acquire early customers and partnerships.
- Shape pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Work closely with the founder on product and business decisions.
- Help recruit and build future teams.
- Represent SmartPilot with customers, partners, and investors.
- Help define the long-term vision of the company.

Equity & Investment
This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity. Equity will be structured based on long-term contribution, commitment, experience, and the value you bring to the company.
While an initial financial investment is not mandatory, it's welcomed if you believe in the vision and want to accelerate SmartPilot's growth. The primary requirement is your ability to build, execute, and grow the business.
