We’re looking for a Co-Founder - Business Development & Enterprise Sales to join us at Dope by Scanmonk.
This is not a conventional job opening. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up and grow with the company long-term.
About the role:
* Lead B2B growth, enterprise partnerships, and sales strategy
* Focus primarily on the e-commerce and D2C ecosystem
* Build relationships with brands, aggregators, agencies, and enterprise stakeholders
* Work directly with co-founder and team to shape growth and expansion
Who we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in B2B and enterprise sales
* Preferably someone who understands the D2C/e-commerce landscape deeply
* Someone ambitious, execution-focused, and founder-minded
* Comfortable building from 0 to 1 in a fast-moving startup environment

Role Description
DOPE is seeking a Co-Founder to lead with vision and execute strategic initiatives in sales, marketing, and product development. This full-time role is based on-site at our Gurugram office. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive business growth, develop partnerships, and strengthen organizational goals. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, formulating business strategies, managing customer relationships, and representing DOPE in key industry and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and drive decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills for interaction with stakeholders and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing for business development and brand promotion
- Sound Research skills for assessing market trends and customer behavior
- Proven ability to work in a leadership role with a focus on achieving growth targets
- Understanding of customer intelligence tools or platforms is a plus
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
