Co-Founder Opportunity | YourGreeners
We are building YourGreeners, an early-stage venture focused on creating impactful solutions in the sustainability space. We are solving NCR's biggest problem, which is Air quality
We are looking for a Co-Founder to join at Day 0 and take end-to-end ownership of building and scaling the business alongside the founder.
Role Overview:
This is a founding role with significant equity ownership. The position does not include a fixed salary initially. The team will actively work on securing grants, accelerator funding, and early revenue to support operations and founder compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive execution across operations, growth, and partnerships
• Translate vision into actionable strategy and milestones
• Build and manage early processes and teams
• Work on fundraising through grants, accelerators, and partnerships
• Take full ownership of key business functions
Who Should Apply:
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently
• Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset — prior startup experience is a plus
• Interest in sustainability / climate / green solutions preferred
• Willing to commit long-term and build from 0 to 1
