Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Co-Founder at Xazina, based in Defence Colony, New Delhi. The Co-Founder will work alongside the leadership team to shape the strategic direction of the company, drive business growth, and strengthen brand positioning within the luxury market. Day-to-day responsibilities will include devising business strategies, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, analyzing business performance, and establishing key partnerships to drive sustainable growth. As a co-founder, you will play a vital role in scaling operations, expanding market reach, and promoting Xazina’s vision of modern luxury and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Research skills to evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and business performance
- Exceptional Communication skills to influence stakeholders and foster collaborations
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement strategies
- Strategic vision and entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience in luxury, retail, or e-commerce industries is preferred
- A strong passion for sustainable and ethical business practices
- Background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
