About the Role

As a Co-Founder, you'll work closely with the founder to help shape the future of WTS TechX by driving growth, strengthening our brand, acquiring clients, building partnerships, improving operations, and scaling the business.
Depending on your strengths, you'll contribute across business strategy, marketing, sales, partnerships, technology, operations, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Generate qualified leads through marketing, networking, and partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Strengthen the WTS TechX brand across digital platforms.
- Create educational content, service explanation videos, and client success stories.
- Participate in client meetings, proposal discussions, and sales conversations.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
- Improve customer acquisition, lead conversion, and retention systems.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, marketers, and content creators.
- Help build scalable internal systems and operational processes.
- Contribute ideas for new products, services, and long-term business growth.

Growth Opportunity
WTS TechX is currently operating as a proprietorship business and is in an active growth phase.
Selected candidates will initially work with the team during a 45–60 day evaluation period to assess mutual fit, ownership, execution, leadership potential, and long-term vision.
Candidates who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance and commitment may be considered for future leadership roles, revenue-sharing opportunities, or a formal founding/equity structure if and when WTS TechX transitions into a Private Limited company. Any such arrangement will be discussed transparently and formalized through appropriate legal agreements.
