Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Co-Founder to join us on-site in Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai to shape the vision, scale operations, and drive our growth strategy.
Whether you bring deep operational expertise, financial acumen, or raw builder energy, we want someone ready to take shared ownership of the journey:
- You’ve built in travel and know how this industry actually works — from front-desk dynamics and housekeeping standards to revenue management and corporate sales.
- You come from investment banking, VC, or real estate tech and can help us model unit economics, raise capital, and scale across markets.
- Or you're simply a builder with conviction — ready to go all in, take full responsibility for outcomes, and put real skin in the game.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hospitality Experience: Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience within reputed hotel chains, boutique stays, serviced apartments, or real estate tech ventures.
- Sales & Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in B2B corporate sales, lead conversion, and revenue/occupancy optimization.
- Analytical & Financial Skills: Ability to evaluate real estate deals, evaluate market trends, analyze P&L statements, and manage operational budgets.
- Marketing Focus: Solid understanding of digital positioning, local search, and brand-building in the Mumbai and Navi Mumbai markets.
- Capital Commitment: Willingness and capability to invest personal capital as an equity partner with shared upside and responsibility.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills to negotiate with property owners, pitch corporate clients, and coordinate internal operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field (equivalent hands-on track record is equally valued).
