Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at Webfynd Digital, located in Noida. The Co-Founder will lead strategic initiatives, develop innovative business strategies, and oversee day-to-day operations across key business domains. Responsibilities include driving sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and fostering relationships with clients and partners. Collaboration with teams to implement strategies and analyzing metrics to ensure continuous improvement will also be core to this role.

- Proven proficiency in Analytical Skills and Research for business growth and market evaluation
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and teams
