Role Description
As a Co-Founder, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic vision and growth of Vikasha Aero Tech. Your responsibilities will include developing business strategies, overseeing operations, leading sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and spearheading innovation. You will collaborate with the team to ensure sustainable growth and expand the company’s market presence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to support business decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and ensure market competitiveness.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the technology or aviation industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
