Role Description
Vercelton is seeking a Co-Founder for a full-time, on-site role at our Kanpur location. The Co-Founder will collaborate on developing and executing the company's strategic vision, driving business growth, and building key industry relationships. Key responsibilities include leading marketing and sales initiatives, conducting in-depth research to identify new market opportunities, and fostering a strong organizational culture. The role requires dynamic leadership and the ability to make data-driven decisions to steer Vercelton toward its mission of transforming modern finance and technology.

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, partners, and a broader audience
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and build the company's market presence
