Velnex works with small and mid-sized businesses that are commercially active but structurally weak.
Many have demand and customers, but they are blocked by poor follow-up, weak systems, fragmented execution, and founder overload.

Role We Are Hiring For: Co-Founder / Managing Partner (Execution Lead)
- Business development
- Executing and implementing the plan in discussion with the Founder.
- Operations coordination
- Vendor/partner/Client - Meeting/coordination
Current Stage
- We are in the foundation stage.
- We need to build the base properly: team, partner network, and operating discipline.
- We are open to investment discussions to strengthen execution capacity.
- Income at this stage will be project-based.
- Cash flow will come from each mandate until we reach stable recurring operations.
What This Role Means
This role is for someone who wants to build from zero with an ownership mindset.
It is not for someone looking only for a fixed routine role.
Qualification

- Open to all age groups.
- No strict degree requirement.
- Selection is based on mindset, execution ability, communication, and ownership behavior.
- Practical experience is valuable, but strong learning ability and commitment are equally important.
