About Us
We are a stealth-mode consumer technology startup building an innovative product with global ambitions. Our MVP is currently under development, and we are assembling an exceptional founding team to build a category-defining company.
We are looking for a committed Co-Founder who is excited to build a venture-backed startup from the ground up and play a key role in shaping its vision, strategy, and execution.
About the Role
As Co-Founder, you will work directly with the founder to build and scale the company. You will lead fundraising, operations, hiring, business strategy, and company building while working closely with the product and engineering teams throughout MVP development and launch.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is passionate about building companies from zero to one.
Key Responsibilities
Lead fundraising efforts, including investor outreach, pitch preparation, due diligence, and relationship management.
Build and maintain relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners.
Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing founding team.
Drive company operations and execution across all business functions.
Develop and execute business strategy and go-to-market plans.
Work closely with the product and engineering teams during MVP development and product launch.
Establish scalable operational processes and a strong company culture.
Identify strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
Define and track company goals, milestones, and key performance indicators.
Who We're Looking For
Former founder or co-founder of a startup.
Former core team member or early employee at a high-growth startup with significant ownership and execution responsibilities.
Experience working at a venture capital firm is a strong plus.
Experience working in a venture-backed startup is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of fundraising and the venture capital ecosystem.
Proven ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
Exceptional execution, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and long-term commitment.
Please Note: We are not looking for consultants or advisors. We are looking for a hands-on builder who has previously built, scaled, invested in, or helped grow startups and is ready to build a venture-scale company alongside the founder.
