Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Co-Founder with a strong background in yoga and wellness. This role goes beyond instruction — we are seeking a strategic partner who will actively contribute to building, shaping, and scaling the Yogwise brand.
This is a founding role requiring both domain expertise in yoga and entrepreneurial mindset, along with a willingness to invest and take ownership through equity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Yogwise’s yoga programs (online/offline formats)
Design unique, scalable wellness offerings (courses, workshops, retreats)
Actively contribute to brand building and positioning
Collaborate on business strategy, growth plans, and revenue models
Create and oversee content (videos, sessions, educational material)
Build and engage a community of yoga practitioners
Represent Yogwise as a face of the brand (optional but preferred)
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in yoga (certified instructor or equivalent expertise)
Strong understanding of different yoga styles, wellness practices, and trends
Prior experience in teaching, training, or running yoga programs
Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving ability
Interest or experience in building a brand or startup
Good communication and content creation skills (social media presence is a plus)
Investment & Equity
Willingness to invest capital into Yogwise as a co-founder
Equity will be offered based on contribution (time, expertise, and investment)
