Looking for a Co-Founder | To-Able
Every meaningful initiative starts with a shared vision. Today, I'm looking for a Co-Founder who believes that every child deserves access to quality education, dignity, and equal opportunities regardless of ability.
To-Able is a mission-driven initiative focused on inclusive education, disability support, school-based intervention, parent guidance, awareness programs, and building sustainable systems that empower children with disabilities.
I'm looking for someone who shares this vision and is ready to build an organization that creates lasting social impact across India.
Who I'm looking for:
- Passionate about disability inclusion and social change.
- Believes in creating sustainable impact through education.
- Honest, committed, and ready to build from the ground up.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving mindset.
- Willing to contribute time, ideas, and effort during the early stages.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Strategic planning and organizational development.
• Building partnerships with schools, NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations.
• Developing and managing CSR partnerships and corporate collaborations.
• Leading fundraising efforts, donor engagement, grant applications, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Creating projects, proposals, and long-term growth strategies.
• Supporting operations, finance planning, and team development.
• Representing To-Able at meetings, conferences, and networking events.
• Driving awareness campaigns, advocacy, and community engagement.
