Hey! I am Dishita and I'm building The Better Grain — a food & nutrition brand in the Better for You space. Our first product is an upcycled spent grain flour mix, turning brewery byproduct into a high-protein consumer ingredient.
We've done early testing, have a clear target market, and are now moving toward a small scale consumer launch.
Preferred qualifications in a co-founder —
* Food science or product development background
* Operations & supply chain experience
* Finance
What I bring: brand strategy, product vision, and a few years of groundwork in this space.
